I couldn’t have been happier with my used car sales experience. Anthony was great in sales—no nonsense, listened to what I was asking for and just made it so easy! I immediately had a mechanical issue, but the dealership took ownership of it, fixed it, and returned it in perfect working condition even though they could have stuck me with the repair cost because I purchased ‘as is’. I got a "Service DEF system. See dealer." While driving my RAM 3500. We took the truck here and saw Jackson. We used to live in Chesapeake, but now live in South Carolina. Jackson got us right in to see what was going on with the truck. Turns out it was the DEF injector that goes into the catalytic converter. The bolts that hold it in are known to rust and potentially break upon trying to remove them. Because of this they didn't want to chance trying to remove them with us being so far away from home. ...

I asked could I see a Jeep Cherokee L Summit, he stopped what he was doing, show me exactly what he had on the lot and explained all the features the vehicle came with and the difference in the trim levels. They had a decent selection and Sena Turner, the representative that greeted Me, was very attentive, courteous, and while admittedly new to the dealership, offered all the help and assistance that I could ask for. She represented the buisness very well. The dealership itself is, and has been, clean, attractive and has consistently had a decent selection of most CJDR vehicles that interest me.

The service department has been maintaining my Ram 1500 Eco diesel (that I use to tow a travel trailer) since I purchased early in 2022, and they’ve always been very helpful, professional and friendly. I especially thank Keyante Ferebee and her team. No problems with my Ram so far 🤞, but yesterday the latest Uconnect update didn’t download properly, so I was unable to access any of the vehicles features like camera control, etc. I’ve noticed that Keyante is always quite busy, but she fit me in despite a tight schedule and had a technician fix the problem the same ...
